Once you select the option to Chat with our Gumtree Customer Support Team, you  will be asked to complete some pre-chat information to assist the team to provide a more responsive chat session. Once you complete the information, click submit and a chat box will appear. Just wait a few moments and one of our team will start the chat session with you. If you see a chat busy button, like below, this means that the staff are currently on other chats and do not have any availability.  Either try again in a few minutes or choose another way to contact us.
