When SELLING TICKETS, make sure not to post photos of the barcode of your ticket on Gumtree. Showing the barcode of a ticket on the internet could possibly lead to your ticket being cloned.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by this! We are aware of the issue; rest assured that we are working to get this issue resolved as soon as possible!

How do I post an ad

To post an ad simply click on the '+ Post an ad' button that can be found at the top of any page:

LOGGING IN:

If you are an existing Gumtree user, then please enter your email address, click Yes to say you have posted before and then enter your password.  Then click on “Continue” to proceed.

If you are new to Gumtree, simply enter your email address, then click No to say you have not posted before.  Click on “Continue” to proceed to our Post an Ad form.


POSTING AN AD:

Once you are a registered Gumtree user, then we can apply your details to any new ads that you post, which will save you time in the future.

You now need to choose the location and category that you want to post in.  Please pick the most relevant location and category as it will improve your response rate.

After you choose these 2 crucial steps, you can add pictures to your advert, a description of what you are selling, the price, and your details (email address which will be kept private, and your phone number). You can choose either or, depending on how you would like people to contact you.
